What makes me such a great guide?
I was not born with a perfect body or great genetics.
If I stopped working out and watching my diet, I would quickly slide back into my most normal, comfortable weight (which, by BMI standards, is squarely in the “overweight” category).
The last time I let myself go, I reached a BMI of over 30—that’s clinically obese—before I decided to upgrade my body and change my life.
I’m telling you this embarrassing information for one reason:
To let you know that I’m like you.
I wasn’t blessed with my physique…I was cursed with it.
I had to work hard for my hard body.
Not only that, but I had to experiment with many different fitness & nutrition programs to find out what really worked. (Because the truth is, there’s more bad information out there than good information.)
It took me years to separate the truth from the marketing…
To find out for myself what worked and what didn’t…
And to discover how to fit it all in to a satisfying & rewarding lifestyle.
