The grocery store is, without a doubt, the most important and highest-leverage place there is when it comes to weight loss.
If you want the MOST results with the LEAST amount of work, the grocery store is where you get the best bang for your buck…guaranteed.
After all, the grocery store is the only place in the world where one hour of time can make the difference between a lousy week full of junk food…or a great week full of healthy, fat-burning meals.
So: let’s focus on the grocery store, shall we?

We’re not going to focus on the grocery store. Instead…we’re going to AVOID it.
By using a grocery delivery service…such as Peadpod or Instacart…you can completely avoid the grocery store–and, by extension, all the temptations lurking inside the grocery store.
Best of all, it’s super quick and super easy. In fact, it makes grocery shopping MORE convenient.

All you need to do is go to google and search for “grocery delivery service.” Then sign up for whatever service is available in your area. I’ve tried Peapod and Instacart, and they’re both GREAT.
What’s awesome about these services is that you can order healthy, nutritious, low-calorie meals…without have to subject yourself to all the temptations that come from being inside the grocery store.
You don’t have to walk past the bakery and smell the freshly baked donuts. You don’t have to walk past the woman giving out free samples of ice cream. You don’t have to deal with any of that stuff.
As a bonus, you’ll end up saving a bunch of time. Instead of taking an hour or more to buy groceries…you can literally do it in 5 minutes.
All you have to do is log in to the site, and re-order all the same foods you normally get. Five minutes and your grocery shopping can be completely finished. And you can have a week’s worth of healthy meals delivered to your door…whenever you want. So if you work during the day, have them delivered in the evening. It’s totally flexible and super easy.
