Hack #20 is a really easy way to make yourself more mindful of what you’re eating…
And that is to place a few strategic mirrors.
Anytime you’re standing in front of a mirror, you subconsciously feel more self-conscious. You feel like someone’s watching you—because somebody is watching you.
You’re watching you.
And knowing that makes you a little more self-aware.
So to help become a more mindful eater, one thing you can do is to put mirrors on your fridge, inside your cabinets, and on the wall across from where you sit to eat your meals.
This way, anytime you’re about to eat something, there’s somebody watching you. You’ll feel a little more self-conscious and that will help make you a little more aware of the food choices you’re about to make.
